Wedding & Reception

Catering and photography included!

A 7 hour combined usage of both the chapel for the wedding & event center for your reception, (3pm–10pm). Suggested ceremony times are 4pm and 4:30pm. This package includes Pinecrest Studios 5 hour digital photo package to be tailored for your event and timeline; giving you full reproduction rights of all images. Onsite wedding coordinator is present to assist you and/or your minister during rehearsal & wedding ceremony. Package cost is based on 100 guests.

Your Starlight Chapel Wedding Ceremony Includes:

  • One hour rehearsal (scheduled as permitted the day prior).
  • All standing décor, floral arrangements and wrought iron candelabras.
  • Parking greeter, event and security staff w/ 2way radios monitoring your event and vendor arrival.
  • Coordinator will arrive 1 hr prior to your ceremony time; checking with you to quickly assess that all is on schedule as planned.
  • Bridal dressing room at chapel with 3 makeup stations.
  • Groomsmen dressing room at chapel with mirrors, table & chairs and couches.
  • Elegant entrance table for guest sign in book and or picture matting.
  • Digital sound system with mixing board along with wireless mics and instrumental inputs are part of the included photo package. If photo package is not needed and deducted, extra fee would apply for use of sound system.
  • Wireless internet network access and wifi phone ready.

Pre photos are scheduled to begin 2 hours prior to your ceremony time. This is recommended regardless of whether the couple plan to see each other prior to the ceremony. Post ceremony photos generally take about an hour to perform; 30 minutes for remaining group photos and 30 minutes for bride and groom only photos. Meanwhile, your guests are mingling at the event center during this cocktail hour which includes your choice of appetizer (see menu options). Our Event Captain and staff will work closely with the caterer, DJ and photographer, once you and your party arrive for the introduction.

Your Event Center Reception Package Includes:

  • All dining, head table, and gift table setup.
  • Cake table with lit arbor.
  • Bar and glassware. Pinecrest bartender is required.
  • Use of fireplace, firewood and tending if desired.
  • Buffet style dinning with variety of menus and options including appetizer and upgrade options and menus.
  • Coffee, tea, water and lemonade provided at refreshment table (with Pinecrest catering only).
  • Use of our spacious deck with views of surrounding mountains, creek and occasional wildlife; deer ,bear, coyote and fox.
  • Tables(6 tops) & chairs (standard white event chair upgrades available).
  • White table linens & napkins (colored overlays and napkins available).
  • Choice of various center pieces.
  • Bone white china, cake plates, punch bowl, coffee urns, etc.
  • Dinnerware: knives, forks ,spoons.
  • Busing staff for the dinner. Event captain and staff will cut cake and serve at cake table.
  • Coffee cups, water and champagne glasses. Our staff will assist bartender with pouring champagne toast.
  • Hardwood dance floor. Ask about our digital sound rental.
  • Our staff will perform all cleanup and teardown at the end of the event.

The Columbine

9 am - 12 pm, 12 pm - 3 pm, or 3 pm - 6pm


For those who little time to plan or who have a need or desire for a more intimate wedding, Pinecrest now offers our beautiful mountain chapel wedding packag, The Columbine. Named after Colorado's state flower - discovered a short walk from the chapel - the Columbine is the perfect wedding package for 2 to 200.
  • Based on 50 Guests: $10 per additional guest
  • Includes rehearsal the day before based on availability.
  • Large separate "his and her" changing rooms for bridal party.
  • Chapel decorations, including candles, candelabras and various choral decor.
  • 3 hour chapel usage time. Additional time may be available.
  • Officiate to preside over ceremoney.
  • Complete decor, music, and sound system.
  • Digital photo package - 2 hours of unlimited photos burned to CD with full reproduction rights

Outdoor weddings can be set up at The Lodge for a fee of an additional $1.50 per chair. in case of inclement weather, chapel remains reserved.

The Ponderosa

A 6 hour time period starting at 4:30pm and ending at 10:30pm
Setup commences during this time with actual event
expected to commence no sooner than 5:30pm


Package includes the following:

  • Our 6 hour package includes usage and setup of tables, chairs, linen, dinnerware and silverware for 100.
  • Includes Pinecrest Studios photo package for reception. Unlimited photos for 4 hours - can shoot wedding offsite for additional fee.
  • Catering is provided based on the menu selections - see menu. Additional guests above 100….$25 each. (Max occupancy of 225).
  • Onsite walk through 10 days prior with Pinecrest staff to verify final count, setup and review of event timeline.
  • Parking staff to greet your guests as they arrive and direct them to their appropriate parking space.
  • Large stone fireplace available for your event (includes firewood and tending).

Package Options and Upgrades:

Use our bar/ bartender for a flat fee of $200 for the evening. This includes usage of our wine and champagne glasses.

Earlier additional hours are factored at $250 per hour and only available for purchase 45 days prior if no earlier event is scheduled. No later hours are currently available on this package.

Event Labor
Pinecrest catering includes all staffing for your event. If however you are using outside
caterers or self catered, serving and bussing staff can be arranged. Rates are as follows:

Floor and Kitchen: $18 per person per, per hour
Groups of 65-100 estimate$5 per person for staffing
Groups of 100-200 estimate $3-4 per person

Linen Upgrades
Colored overlays and napkins: a variety of
Linen colors to select from $5.00 per table

Time Extension
Lodge - $125 per hour
Event Center - $250 per hour

Equipment Rental
Sound system rental with 3 wireless microphones and mixing board, computer.
