The Day Prior To Your Wedding:

  • Check in at the Lodge for you and up to 15 other guests (8 bedrooms ) between 3:30-4:30pm, where you will be greeted by your personal Pinecrest coordinator who will escort the rehearsal party to the chapel.
  • Short walk to the chapel for your wedding rehearsal which will take about an hour.
  • Return to the lodge for either a catered rehearsal dinner in the dinning area or perhaps a less formal dinner using our kitchen or outdoor grill - the choice is yours!
  • Relax after dinner with an evening of games, conversation, hiking or watching a movie on the big screen with family and friends.
  • Attempt to rest and get a good night sleep in one of several uniquely decorated bedrooms.
The Day Of Your Wedding:
  • Wake up fully rested to a most memorable day - needing to go nowhere because you are already there!
  • Continental breakfast is available by 7am served at the lodge for you and your guests.
  • Professional Spa Services such as massages,facials and manicures or even a hairstylist can be arranged to provide service for you and your party at the lodge or chapel.
  • Your chapel time and access begins at 9am allowing ample time for decorating in a manner that reflects your desires. Our staff has setup your tables and all the table settings, while others from your party are welcome to personalize each table. Vendors for cake, food and alcohol (if desired) are permitted to arrive by 10am and setup. Using 2 way radios, our staff will inform the coordinator as each vendor arrives.
  • With an 11am, 12pm or 1pm wedding ceremony time to select from, this allows for pre-wedding photos to be completed by your photographer or ours (if selected).
  • Your guests have arrived and have been greeted by our staff. Your Pinecrest coordinator has helped with any last minute issues.
  • Your wedding begins and before you realize it, the two of you have become husband and wife!
Your Reception:
  • Two way radio communication will keep key staff and coordinator abreast of vendors' arrivals as well as helping monitor when the ceremony is over and guests are headed to the event center.
  • At the appropriate time, your coordinator ensures that your DJ (or ours, if you choose) makes a proper introduction for the first time of Mr... and Mrs...  ................
  • Your reception brunch, lunch or dinner is served by your selected cater and the coordinator helps the wedding party be seated and brings the bride and groom their drinks.
  • Cake cutting, toasts and first dances happen without thought as the timeline for your event is carried out in the manner pre-determined by you (discussed and set forth with your Pinecrest coordinator 10 days prior at the final walkthrough).
  • By 5pm, after 4+ hours of eating, dancing and celebration its time to say your good-byes. Pinecrest staff assists family in the loading of gifts, food and cake. Our bartender (included in the bar package) will assure that all unopened containers of alcohol and drinks are not forgotten.  You and your sweetie wave goodbye and start your new life together!

Pinecrest allows off-site catering. Parties must supply their own alcohol. Food packages may be contracted by Pinecrest with lunch menus starting at $10.95 person and dinner menus starting at $11.95.
