Welcome to Historic Pinecrest
We can accommodate groups of 2 to a maximum of 250 guests with our diverse selection of packages.
All of our packages include unlimited phone, email and texting support, access to communicating directly with the owners, unlimited monthly Open Houses to attend and private tours of our facilities that can be scheduled throughout the week. Pinecrest also offers easy monthly payment plans with NO INTEREST!
A One-on-One Walkthrough with your individual Pinecrest Representatives is scheduled 10 days prior to your event.
If the package that you select includes the wedding ceremony, then the following will be provided with your package:
- One hour rehearsal, usually scheduled from 12:30pm to 1:30pm, the day prior.
- All standing décor, floral arrangements and wrought iron candelabras
- Parking attendant to greet you and your guests
- Chapel Coordinator will meet you one (1) hour prior to your ceremony time; checking with you to quickly assess that all is on schedule as planned.
- Bridal dressing room at Chapel with three (3) makeup stations
- Groomsmen dressing room at Chapel with mirror, table, chairs and couches.
- Elegant entrance table for guest sign-in book and/or picture matting
- Photography, which includes pre-wedding photos 2 hours prior to ceremony, ceremony photos and post wedding photos: See detail Photo / DJ sheet
- Digital sound system with mixing board, along with wireless microphones and instrumental inputs. Your music will be tailored specifically to your wedding by our AV team.
- High Definition wedding video of ceremony (except Ponderosa)
After your ceremony, while photos are being taken at the Chapel, by your wedding photographer, your guests are mingling at the Event Center during cocktail hour. Our Event Captain and staff will work closely with Nikki and our DJ to coordinate the wedding party's arrival for the first introduction to your guests as husband and wife.
The following is provided with your reception:
- All dining, head table and gift table setup
- Cake table with lit décor
- Bar and glassware ~ a Pinecrest bartender is required if alcohol is served. All alcohol purchased by wedding party off-site.
- Tables (seat 6 guests) and cushioned chairs
- A wide variety of colored table linens and napkins to select from
- Choice of various centerpieces
- Bone white china dinner plates and cake plates, punch bowl, coffee urns, etc.
- Dinnerware: knives, forks and spoons
- Coffee cups, water and champagne glasses
- Our staff will assist bartender with pouring champagne toast. All alcohol purchased by wedding party
- Busing staff for the dinner
- Event Captain and staff will cut cake and serve at cake table
- Use of fireplace, firewood and tending, if desired, in cold weather. Fireplace is lit with candles during warm weather
- Hardwood dance floor
- Pinecrest staff will perform all clean-up and tear-down at the end of the event time
- Use of outdoor decks and porches with views of surrounding mountains, creek and occasional wildlife; deer, bear, coyote and fox
- The Deluxe Photo package includes your reception highlights & candids throughout the event
- Digital sound system with mixing board to provide the entertainment and our professional DJ to MC your reception.
Pinecrest Catering provides your catering options to complement our packages. They also contract separately to ensure that you only pay for your final count of guests determined at your walk through.

The Starlight Premiere:
If you are wanting an evening wedding & reception package, we believe that the Starlight Premiere may fit perfectly into your plans. This is our most popular package and it includes a six (6) hour combined usage of both the Chapel for your wedding and our Event Center for your Reception. Photography, DJ and Catering (Bronze Buffet) are included in our package pricing.

The Sundance Premiere
This popular early package includes a 7 hour combined usage of both the Chapel for a morning ceremony and an early afternoon reception held at the Event Center. Photography, DJ and Catering (Bronze Buffet) are included in our package pricing.

The Ponderosa:
If you already have your ceremony planned out and are just looking for a reception site, we believe the Ponderosa would fit perfectly into your plans. The Ponderosa package is our six (6) hour reception package. Photography, DJ and Catering (Bronze Buffet) are included in our package pricing.
Reception and Buffet Package (100 guests)
Vendor Setup from 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Guests arrive at 5:30pm and depart at 10:30pm

The Alpine Lodge:
Pinecrest is delighted to bring to you an intimate wedding package in the unique and warm setting of our Chapel and Lodge. When you arrive at the Lodge you will be greeted by the Pinecrest staff who will have taken great pride in setting up your reception. Tables, with your choice of centerpieces, will be arranged to your specifications, including white or colored linen. All china, glassware and silverware are included. Photography, DJ and Catering (Bronze Buffet) are included in our package pricing.

Our most intimate wedding or wedding & reception package may be perfect for you if you only have a short time to plan. The Micro Wedding & Reception package includes a four (4) hour combined usage of both the Chapel and reception held at the Lodge.

The Bar Package
If you plan on serving any alcohol at your reception, the Pinecrest requires that you purchase a bar package. These packages include the bartender and the glassware. You save hundreds by supplying your own alcohol at your event which can be conveniently delivered by a local liquor store.
