| The Sundance Premiere : Our Morning Package
This popular early package includes a 7 hour combined usage of both the Chapel and reception held at the Event Center or Lodge, depending upon availability. This package includes Pinecrest Studios' 5 hour digital photography package to be tailored to your event and timeline, giving you full reproduction rights of all images. A chapel coordinator will assist you and your wedding party during the rehearsal and wedding ceremony. A reception coordinator will assist you with your reception details. Prices range from: $5,900 to $7,900 |
The Starlight Premiere : Our Evening Package
Our most popular package includes a 7 hour combined usage of both the Chapel and reception held at the Event Center. The Columbine : Ceremony Only Wedding Chapel Package: 3 hours Based on 50 guests, each additional guest is $10 each Includes Rehearsal the day prior, based on availability Includes Officiant, décor, music and sound system Photography included for 2 hours, unlimited photos For those who have little time to plan, or who have a need, or desire, for a more intimate wedding. Pinecrest now offers our beautiful mountain chapel wedding package, The Columbine. This package can be for 2 to 200 guests. Prices range from: $2,295 to $2,595 |
The Ponderosa : Reception Only
Reception Package: Vendor Setup 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Guests to arrive after 5:30 pm and depart at 10:30 pm. Each additional guest, over 100, is at $25/each Ponderosa package included unlimited photography for your 4 hour reception. Contact Pinecrest Studios if you’d like to add your off-site ceremony to your package. Catering for 100 guests include all table set-up, tear-down, white linens, dinnerware and silverware are included. A coordinator will assist you with your reception details. Prices range from: $5,900 to $7,400 |

OptionsAll packages, except The Columbine, are based on 100 guests. Additional guests are determined 10 days prior to your event, at your walkthrough. Each additional guest, over 100 is at $25/each.
Time Extensions:
Chapel: $125 per hour
Lodge: $125 per hour
Event Center: $250 each hour
Linens – White linen is standard and included at no extra charge in you package. If you wish to have colored overlays and napkins, a wide selection is available and priced at $5.00 per table.
Bar Packages – our bar package includes the bartender and glassware. You save hundreds by supplying your own alcohol at your event which can be conveniently delivered by a local liquor store.
Our beer, wine and champagne bar package is $200
Mixed drinks package is $250
Each additional bartender is $100. For events over 150 guests an additional bartender is required
PLEASE NOTE: Any event that serves alcohol, a bar package MUST be purchased, there are NO exceptions.
DJ/Sound System – if you’d like to add a DJ package to your event and/or you are interested in renting the sound equipment or LCD projector, please contact Jess directly at 719-338-8381.
