Seasonal discounts are given to weddings/receptions held during following Months:
March - May 15th 2004 discount all packages by 15%
May 16th - October 30th 2004 discount all packages by 5%
October 31st - February 28th 2004 discount all packages by 20%
Package includes up to 100 guests at the wedding & reception and $5 per additional guest up to 250. Package price includes the rehearsal, the night prior of lodging, 8 hours of usage between chapel and banquet hall ( 9am-5pm)
Pinecrest allows outside catering, yet still provides our standard setup - white linen and china in all our packages. Upgrades are available through Pinecrest or your caterer.
If Alcohol is served, bartender and Bar usage may be reserved for $125 which then permits parties to bring in their own alcohol.
Last 30 Minutes of event time is reserved for load up and cleanup.
