We are often asked will we run out of food.  I can honestly say that that has never happened. We may come close but have never run out and we have been able to serve the unexpected extra guest(s) at an event. I also prepare enough food so my staff can eat. They wait to eat after everyone has had a chance to get seconds; the food is usually put away right before the toast.

Pinecrest does not have an ice machine so if you are having alcohol you must provide your own ice. We do have a freezer to keep it in and also the bins to ice things down.

We highly recommend Monument Cork and Bottle if you are having alcohol, as they give Pinecrest brides a 10% discount, as well as deliver both the alcohol and ice for you. They will also pick up any restockable items and you will receive a credit.  Their number is 719-488-3761.

At the present time, all our dinners are served buffet style.  However, in the future, this may change.

Rehearsal Dinner

Pinecrest Catering will be happy to cater your Rehearsal dinner in our Lodge. We can do a variety of meals from a simple “drop and go Bar-B-Que” to a formal event. It is entirely up to you. Prices range from about $10.00 to $25.00 per person, depending on the type of event and food selections. Coffee, iced tea and lemonade are also included. Please call me to discuss your ideal dinner.
