Showings are conducted at your convenience throughout
the week. We strive to make Pinecrest accessible around
your schedule; nonetheless, the weekends are, as you might
expect, full of activity. Since our commitment is first
with our current wedding guests, we always ensure that showings
do not conflict with active events. The optimum time for
viewing Pinecrest is during the week Monday-Thursday, between
9 am and 6 pm or between events on the weekend. We have
found it best to plan 45 minutes for the actual showing
and about 20 minutes more if you elect to book your event
at that time.

Date Reservation and
Payment Schedule for Standard Packages
Once you have determined that Pinecrest is indeed the right
location for your event, and you have selected a date and
package, a payment is necessary to permanently secure your
event reservation.
Your package will determine the amount you put down, in
that we base it on 30% of the total package price. For example,
if you were to select our Saturday pm package ($3600)
the amount of deposit would be $1080. The balance ($2520)
would then be divided into 2 equal payments of $1260. After
the initial reservation payment, your next payment is not
due until 90 days prior to your event. Your last payment
is then due 45 days prior to your scheduled event.
Elopement
& Discount Package Reservations
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation with
the balance paid 30 days prior to the event. If reservation
takes place less than 45 days prior to the event, balance
must be paid no later than 10 days prior to the event.
